Hello, i have a problem with my computer;
Its been doing completely fine and never had any problems before this, but yesterday when i booted it up, i noticed that the wifi kept going out. This did not effect my friends who live in the same dorm using the same wifi. The wifi would disconnect for around 3 seconds than connect back. The next problem i noticed was that every 10 seconds or so, google chrome would freeze. it would soy "not responding" for a few seconds, then go back to normal. While trying to figure out whats wrong, i went to the task manger and saw that my disk would spike to 100% every 30 seconds or so, even though the computer was idle (the only thing running was the system at around 0.1) I ran the CHKDSK and got zero errors. I restated my computer 3 times and tried 3 different wifis, all yield the same problems. I have a windows 10 Alienware X51 R2 x64 based PC . I don't know if these problems are related, but they all started yesterday afterr starting my PC.

Could be a virus, could be a failing hard drive. Check if Alienware has a hardware check in the BIOS or a utility to scan the drive. Backup anything you want to save right now before even running the scans. Also run a full virus scan with Malwarebytes and your AV program.

I did the virus scans, they came up with zero threats.
and i did the CHKDSK which said there are no errors.

Not chkdsk, a utility that actually scans the drive for errors, chkdsk does not do that.
