100% disk usage

Solution
Yeah but even when norton is uninstalled NIS.exe can still hang around and reek havok on your CPU usage. So go to task manager, after you uninstall norton's...if you still see NIS.exe eating up CPU cycles under the details tab, right click it and go to file location. When the window opens up and you can see nis.exe location, end the task on NIS.exe from the same tab under task manager and details. Once it is terminated you should be able to now delete the NIS.exe file from the "go to file location" step. Once this is done verify your CPU usage is good. If so re-install nortons and you should be good.
OK bro Chill out..
Looks like Your using W10 or 8.1
Well I had same problem but I got solved
So first you need to.. Just grab your CPU n open it then you just have to do is one thing remove the Data cable n put it on,on another data port you'll have to remove your power cable as well
Some times its just the PSU problem✌✌✌✌

Tried that earlier today. It was running at 100% without Norton reinstalled, seems to be an issue with the disk rather than a single programme clogging it
