My disk usage is consistently at 100% usage, I don't know why. I thought that it could be my chrome, but that didn't fix the issue. Whenever my computer comes out of sleep mode, it goes to 100% disk usage and nothing is going on. My drive has done repairs for NO apparent reason, so I don't know if that has to do with something, and I had downloaded BF1, and that's when it started up. I wonder if that has something to do with it, none of it makes sense.

I have 8 gigs, and i am not sure if it's a spinning disk drive, I'm not sure. It's a toshiba 1 tb hard drive. It's a pretty recent computer, only 8-9 months old.

I have 8 GBs of ram, and 200 free gigs.

Have you looked to see what programs/apps may be running in the background? Take a look at the processes and apps running to see if you can find what is causing the 100% usage. You can try Ctrl+Alt+Delete and go to Task Manager and then look at the Processes.

It's my system, only happens when it wakes up, and never goes away.

Yeah usually there isn't something on at all. Just the system going at 100%, and superfetch is up there to. I don't know whether to stop superfetch or not.
