100% disk usage

i have a problem about 100% disk usage when gaming and browsing chrome whats the solution to this i disabled windows search already and superfetch thanks in advance

Solution depends on cause of this 100% disk usage.
Find it out with Resource monitor.
Open Resource Monitor, switch to disk tab, locate Disk Activity section, expand file names column and order by column Total.
