Question 100% Disk Usage

Dont really understand why its disk space is currently always running at 100%

Take better picture from taskmanager which shows what programs are using it the most.

What happened before the issue started? Has it always happened? Does it happen every time after a clean boot? Did you run a disk check to see if the drive is good?
