Question 100% disk usage

So recently my task manager would tell me that i have 100% disk usage for like 3-4 seconds then drop to 0 and go back up to 100 in like 1 minute and it has caused my games FPS to stutter whilst I’m playing does anybody’s have any fixes?

Some system specs / info about the dive would be helpful?
