Hi toms hardware forum i upgraded my motherboard and cpu yeasterday and now my hdd is running at 100% usage

750gb 2.5" 5.4k rpm hdd
2x8gb ram
Gtx 1060 3gt-oc

So. Reinstall windows 10 on my new machine plus troubleshoot activate
