Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You've posted in the Windows 10 section. Are you asking to fall back to Windows 7? Speaking of which, did you upgrade to Windows 10 using the internal upgrade path? If so, reinstall Windows 10 after creating the bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

Memoryleak is what causes the disk, memory or CPU or all of them to be at 100% usage, which is a sign of the OS or the OS installer being corrupt.

Regardless of being on a PC or desktop, make sure your BIOS is up to date. Might want to pass on the specs to your system for good measure. It could also be that your platform is too old for Windwos 10.

What "100% disk usage bug"?

In any of my past Win 7 systems, or current WIn 10 systems, I never saw such.
I am currently in win 10 win 500gb hdd drive
The disk usage in task manager is 100% all the time, when i asked and searched for a solution they said u have to install the system in ssd
- i also heard that if i install a new os "win7". The problem wilk also be solved

So i posted here to confirm that

Specs : i have a dell inspiron 15 3000. I3 7th gen 4gb ram. 500gb hdd drive

Neither of those options are a "solution.

Yes, a reinstall of Win 10 on an SSD might show you 'not 100% disk usage'.
Or an install of Win 7 (if possible, might do the same.

But that is only because you're doing a fresh OS install.

Currently, something in your current WIn 10 OS is causing this "100%".
That is not a normal thing.

You need to discover what is actually doing this read/write action.

Open Task Manager.
What process is showing the most disk or CPU usage?

What model drive?
Is it SMR drive?
SMR drives are not suitable for installing windows on them.
You can find drive model name with HDtune.

Upgrading to SSD is most sensible option.
