[SOLVED] 100% GPU usage and Low FPS, multiboxing videogames

Hello, this is not a big of a problem but I am really curious about what might be causing it:

I play a MMO called ArcheAge, I multibox around 9 game clients without a problem while having - 50% GPU, 20% CPU, 30/64GB RAM - of overall usage, temps are okay (Below 65ºC), everything is running smooth. If I want I could open 4 more game clients and still would be fine. BUT when I want to play another game while having these 9 ArcheAge clients open, like Diablo III, Overwatch or even Bsnes (Super Nintendo emulator). I get a weird glitch (that Im pretty sure must be software) that sets this new game to show 99-100% GPU usage and 2-10 FPS while the GPU temps are normal (below 70ºC), if I keep the glitched game open it slows my youtube videos, ArcheAge clients, etc. I just close the glitched game and everything goes back to normal.

I get this giltch only while having multiple ArcheAge game clients open over an extended period of time, this glitch happens 80% of the time, sometimes I am able to keep 9 ArcheAge clients + Diablo III open and playing alt+tabing with normal FPS/Usage/Temps.

The glitch also happens sometimes when I try to change one ArcheAge client resolution from 760p (Windowed) to 1080p (Borderless windows), I get the same 10FPS with 100%GPU usage with normal temperatures, also while having multiple clients open, this one happens way less regular like 30% of the time.

for example in Overwatch, while the game is logging everything is okay (normal fps, gpu usage, etc), and when the games logs in I get the fps drop and high gpu usgae. In the case of Diablo III the fps just drops right after open the game while logging to the server.

When the glitch is happening, sometimes I am able to fix it while alt+tabing or switching tabs or changing a random parameter on the graphic settings.

It feels like when I open a different game while having multiple clients of ArcheAge open, Windows sets the new game to "low priority" or force it to a low background performance. Or it's just a weird GPU bottleneck.

Solution
consumer hardware and software isnt designed for you purposes, its usualy done with different hardware and some virtualisation included to separate hardware resources for each game client
