[SOLVED] 100% GPU usage on Desktop

I can't get my new GPU to work with the rest of my build.
Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Gigabyte Z77-D3H
4GB DDR3 1333 MHz
250 WD Green SSD
Cooler Master Bronze 80PLUS 650W
Asus ROG Strix RX 570 OC 8GB Gaming < new

I plugged the GPU in a 16x and after it boots (sometimes crashes on boot) after a few min of browsing the web or doing literally nothing the usage on TaskManager of the GPU's total stays at 0% but the Desktop manager goes to 100% and BSODs with this message:

Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.


It never restarts, just shuts down. Please help someone!

On the first few weeks it couldn't even go into windows but after a few weeks it finally booted and I got to install the drivers. So yeah took a few tries but got there.
