[SOLVED] 100% GPU Utilisation?

Just installed and downloaded the drivers for my Sapphire Pulse RX570 GPU and on the Radeon software monitor, it says it is continuously 100% utilisation of the GPU,is this normal? Im using a Ryzen 5 3400G, corsair vengeance 2x8gb RAM, adata m.2 500gb drive and 500gb ssd storage, corsair cx500 PSU. Seeming as I have only had the ryzen APU in my system, im totally alien to GPU's.

Yeah,just restarted my pc and seems to be working ok now.
