[SOLVED] 100% HDD Usage on start up and random.

Hello,
For the past one month my pc became slow due to 100% hdd usage after boot up and sometimes even while idling. Task manager shows 100% drive usage, but doesn't show which app utilizing it. My hdd is dying? CrystalDiskInfo shows yellow caution.

Yes. It's deteriorating.

The drive has 120 relocated sectors (hex 78) and 40 pending sectors (hex 28).
