100% PACKET LOSS! I called mediacom and they say nothing is wrong

How can I fix packet loss? i have ran several test. my ping is 20ms and jitter is 2ms but my packet loss goes from 68% to 100%. Can someone please help???
 
Solution
Before you begin any network troubleshooting you have to eliminate the wireless from being the cause. Do a quick test and connect you laptop/desktop to your router directly. Make sure you disable your wireless connection so your computer will not attempt to use it. If your not familiar with the following instructions I can clarify in another post, Open a CMD window and type in the following command without quotes "ping -t www.google.com" run that command and watch the replies come in, everytime it says "request timed out" instead of "reply from...." its kind of like a dropped packet. If you get none of these drops when connecting to the router directly, you should rerun this test over your WiFi. It will narrow down if you have an...

i am hardwired because this computer is for my job i am supposed to start but i keep loosing packets. this is the first one i ran, it came out 0% packet loss
