Question %100 packet loss via ethernet

Hello. When i use ethernet connection and trace easo.ea.com or google.com via ethernet i have %100 packet loss. Via wifi %0 packet loss and everything works fine. I tried different computers and result is same for both. My router firewall setted as low there s no way to turn it off. I will glad with your helps thanks from now.

Start by opening a cmd.exe window and running " ipconfig.exe /all "

I would start by simplifying everthing. Remove it from the DMZ and enable DHCP.

I think you are misinterpreting the tracroute. It can't be failing on hop 1 or you wouldn't get the rest of the traceroute.

I bet if you ping 192.168.1.1 you would get 100% success.

OK. If in CMD you can ping 192.168.1.1 then it isn't "hop 1" that is having problems. You need to work through the list os hops in your traceroute in CMD. Pinging each one to determine where your network path is failing. But if it is past the first couple hops, you have no control other than to contact your ISP.

now i pinged as you said them and they are all replies me. But question is in my head why wifi does'not make any packet loss while using 'ultima online trace utility''?
another question is how should i explain situation to my ISP? thanks for your interest.

I don't know why WIFI is different. Maybe IPv6 vs IPv4. I also don't have any experience with this online trace utility.
