$100 PC to play emulators or very old titles

Hi, I'm looking to make a computer for around $100 not really over as I dont think that emulation software and games require a lot of CPU power. I am looking to get all my products brand new and on newegg. I dont want to spend a lot on the hard drive- definately not more than $30. I already have a stick of ram ~4GB so you dont need to include that in the part list but you can. Not looking to play much more than emulated games, maybe a bit of really old titles. I already have a 900p monitor and I definately dont mind playing games at lower resolutions, whether its because the game is just that old or for saving performance. You don't need to include an OS because- you know...Reply with ideas with pcpartpicker builds.

Get a Raspberry Pi you arent going to get a PC for $100 new. You can look for refurbed PCs on newegg, but they will be more than $100 generally.

Are you pirating windows? You can hardly get a used pc that's good enough for emulators for that price.

All of the parts he used except the hard drive (which is way more than i need) are unavaible on newegg.

Unless you mean running a snes emulator, an apu isn't more than you need and his build was $150.
