Booting up my PC, my disk is at between 90% and 100%. It drops after about 10mins, but will randomly jump back up, especially when I leave my PC sit idle. I've checked task manager while this is happening and it doesn't seem to be one thing causing the issue. It jumps between McAfee Scanner service, Service Host, System, OfficeOneCLick, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc. I did a refresh of my OS, but this did not seem to fix the issue. After all of my apps were deleted things like McAfee Scanner service, Service Host, System are still running my disk to 100%. I've tried a few fixes for this without any success: disabling the MSI in the registry, killing the tasks as they show up in task manager, disabling certain services on startup, refreshing my OS.
Computer Info: Toshiba Satellite P55W-C, Windows 10.0.14393, Intel i7-6500U.
I greatly appreciate any help and if anymore information is needed please let me know.

Solution
Your disk being used at 100% is normal. It actually helps when doing anything such as downloads and file transferring. Don't worry about it if it doesn't mess up your computer.
