100 Percent Disk Usage

I have developed this issue over the past two days. Randomly spiking to 100% disk usage, sometimes for a moment, other times it never comes down. It seems to be an issue with Windows 10 since a recent update? I am unsure though because I have tried to revert to an older version with no improvement. I have tried all guides, reset the PC, and clean install of windows with no avail. Drivers have been all updated as well. My specs are listed below.

Ryzen 7 1700
Biostar x370gtn
Corsair ddr4 2800mhz dual 16gb dominator
Gigabyte GTX 1080 G1 Gaming
Samsung 850 Evo 250gb

I fixed it by disabling Windows Update. You can do it by going to services, searching for Windows update, properties, and select disable. Though, i'm not sure this is a solution for 100% cases.
