You just have to uninstall the Creative audio console , not the full driver programs ...

What does this fix and uninstall it from where?

It fixes the problem with some of the channels may not working , like hearing sound on the left side but no sound on the right side , or other problems like those , And u can uninstall it from "Add or Remove Programs" from the Control Panel , and download the latest driver from creative website for the sound card (if ur soundcard is creative ofc) ...
