100$ Upgrading Old PC

First of all Im spanish and i dont speak english very well, sorry Im learning english

Current PC

Intel Pentium 4 540 Prescott 3.2GHZ with HT
Puffer2 i915P/i915G PCI-e x16
1 GB RAM DDR2 PC2 3200
ATI x600

Now, i cant play new games, but if i upgrade RAM and GPU with..?

4GB RAM DDR2 PC2
HD6670/6570 or GT 610/620/630?

Can i play games like skyrim or bf3 in very low settings and resolution?
Can I install one 2GB RAM module in my MB?

New Desired PC?

P4 3.2HT
Puffer2
4GB RAM DDR2 533MHZ (max for MB)
HD 6670

Yes. Those upgrades will help some. I use craigslist to simply purchase another used pc, but you may not have those options in your part of the world. Sometimes a good used pc will give you better performance than upgrading the old one.
