Question 100% usage on ssd with no read or write going on. System freezes.

Hi! I'm gonna make this as quick as I can. My radeon r3 ssd is having quite the trouble right now. Whenever I load up windows my ssd goes straight to 100% usage. Then it locks up my system and I cant do anything, in task manager it says there is no reading or writing going on, it just says 100% and stays there. I've tried repairing windows but it doesnt seem to be helping. I dont know what else to try. I've got all of my important files off the ssd.

Should I try to reinstall windows? Or is it my ssd failing on me?

Try Hardisk Sentinel, if you can get it all up and running. Install that and it will give you more guidance.

I cant since my computer freezes up. Amy other ideas?

If you have an HDD, disconnect that before turningon the PC. If the issue is cleared up now then the problem is the HDD and the SSD was just waiting for it.

If the PC won't boot up at all now, then the HDD was really the boot drive and the SSD was just C: which is common for anyone who left the HDD in when installing windows to the SSD.
