Solution
The stock R5 3600 cooler is reasonably quiet. The GPU fans will be audible during gaming load, but it's a gaming PC, short of elaborate liquid cooling setups you're not going to get ultra quiet gaming.

The Define S case is decent for airflow and for managing noise. And fits within the budget.

That PSU is about 200€ (!) Maybe the Corsair RMx series would be more than sufficient

Amazon.fr does free shipping to Belgium I believe, and the prices are a bit cheaper on there :)

And if you already have a 1TB SSD, you could drop the WD Blue.

And what case would you recommend? I would like to have ine with enough room. Als I I would like to have a silent pc since my current pc is blowing like a storm.

OK, I've looked up the parts and will probably order them today. But can I run the pc without doing anything after I inserted my old ssd with Windows 10 on it or do I have to configure some thing in bios and stuff? I haven't build my own pc but I want to learn :)

As above, you'll need to delete your old Windows installation (all partitions on the drive) and perform a clean windows installation.
https://www.groovypost.com/howto/clean-install-Windows-10/

The chipset, drivers, etc for the new build are all totally different.

If necessary you can tie your Windows licence to your MS account so as to transfer it (e.g. if you don't have a retail key you can deactivate on the old PC and activate on the new one)

OK, I think I still have my USB with Windows on it from last time when I formatted my pc. Just order the parts and they should arrive tomorrow so I'll let you know how it goes.

Alright, I assembled my new pc yesterday and did all the updates and configured the bios and averything runs super smooth. Never thought it was this simple to build your own pc after watching some tutorials and reading the manuals. I wiped my ssd via the os installation and succefully converted it to gpr format. Thank you guys for helping with picking the parts and all the info. Here are some pictures of the pc. View: http://imgur.com/a/DDhQxvM

So I have a new question in regards with my motherboard and the oc options. I know it has a gaming and a xmp button in bios and I both enabled it. The a xmp is the safe pc option for someone who doesn't know to much about it so that's why I activated it. The gaming button I don't know what that does. Now my pc has been running smoothly ever since but I did notice my cpu is getting very hot when playing cpu heaby games like division 2. I even got a temp in the 90 c one time and shut the game down immediately. At the moment I am using a cooler master hyper 212 cpu fan but the temperatures are still hot. What is the best thing I can do right know to keep the temp cooler? New cpu fan or change some pc settings?

I left the xmp setting on and my ddr4 ram is working on 3200 mhz instead of somewhere in the 2k range. The game booster is off and my cpu is at 3.6 ghz instead of 4.2.
Now I read that it's better to oc the cpu with ryzen master since it's manual and easier. Is this correct? I found a safe OC profile online for the ryzen 5 3600

So are you still getting upto 90 degrees C on the CPU, in gaming load with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 cooler on a Ryzen 5 3600?

If you look at thermals per core, are there some cores that are a lot hotter than others..?
