1000€ Ryzen 7 Build

I'm looking for Ryzen 7 1700 build for 1000€ budget I don't know which part to choose because it always gets above 1020€ (Amazon.de) I'd really like to have 16GB of RAM but if that's not possible then it's not really necessary.

I said my budget was 800-860 and now it's 1000€

and so it less then €1000, and if you change the cpu to 1700, it €924.83

Any reason why it has to be a Ryzen 7?
