Question $1000-$1200 budget gaming/stream PC

Title says it all I guess. Recently my gaming laptop finally gave out (he lived a good life).

I'm wanting to get back into streaming and gaming my budget doesn't allow for a whole lot but if you could help me with a pc that will be able to smoothly run games like halo and war zone while being able to stream to twitch via OBS.

Where @Why_Me is well over budget, it does address concerns such as monitor. You might even have to consider keyboard and mouse.

My own opinion would be to tough it out, wait a couple of weeks, and save some money. Imminent releases are going to make everything "this" gen far cheaper, soon.

I have a 60hz monitor and still have my old mouse and keyboard.
I like this build for what I’m doing it should work I eventually will save to repair my laptop and that will carry the streaming load and allow me to just game on what you have sent.

Intel is mostly better in gaming and still plenty of cores for streaming...
