Hi everybody,
This is going to be my first ever build, I've never built a pc before, but I did read a lot about it and done some research and it turns out there are so many options available that I just don't know what choice would be better and I'm asking you guys to help me out weigh the options.
These are the parts I know I want in my build:
GPU: MSI R9 390
CPU: i5 6600K
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm
SSD: Samsung 750 evo 128gb
RAM: DDR4 Kingston HyperX Fury 2133MHz CL14 1.2V
Case: Cooler MasterCase5 (maybe, don't know yet)
Cooler: Hyper 212 evo
And I really don't know how to choose the right motherboard and power supply. For power supply I'm thinking Corsair, but not so sure about the wattage. Also I don't have evga psu's available where I live.

Faster CPU, better video card (releases in a few days), HDD with more space, better SSD, 16GiB RAM, Fractal Design Define R5 (very good case, possibly the best ATX case on the market). Seasonic makes the best PSUs. Corsair's high quality PSUs are actually Seasonic PSUs with Corsair branding FYI

Solution

PSU:
You can go with 500-650 watt PSU. corsair is awesome. I have two of them. The older is 520watt was handling overclocked i7 and overclocked GTX570.
This is nice: Corsair CS550M Modular Supply
or my favorite: Corsair RM650 Modular Supply
Or as Icaraeus suggested, SeaSonic are also very good choice.

Motherboard pick any Z170 board that has the features that you need. It usually comes to USB ports (3.0/3.1), TB, number of NICs etc. do not go crazy, more money, does not mean it's better for you. I'd suggest to go with one that has M.2 port and pick a M.2 SSD that supports PCIe - but make sure you pick one faster than 500MB/s.

As for the rest:
RAM: Get 16GB ram (over it is a waste of money for the most users).
SSD: You launch your programs/games much more often than you restart your computer. 128GB SSD can not hold many games (DOOM is about 70GB). Try to get at least 240GB M.2 PCIe SSD.
GPU: Don't buy 390, get the GTX1080 or GTX1070 (depends on your monitor resolution and budget). If your monitor is not 4K, go with 1070 - will be available in two weeks for about 400 USD

Yeah..The GTX1080 where I live costs like 800 euros. For the SSD I will only be installing priority programs to it like photoshop, AE, windows and so on, games will go to HDD, I don't really care about slightly longer loading times. My monitor will be 1080p, probably Benq.

Lol ... Great news for you, cheapest founders edition of GTX 1080 is 845 euro where a I live 😉
IMHO, it's just not worth to buy an "old" card when you can have new and shiny one that beats the older brothers of the old card for the same money.

So if you can wait a week, get GTX 1070. If you can wait 2 weeks, get cheaper GTX 1070 :)

P.S.
In your case (PS, AE etc) would be important to have spare RAM slots for future upgrades. These programs can benefit from over 16GB in certain cases.

The GTX1070 will not cost much less than the GTX1080. That announced price under $400 is without import taxes and vat, so it will be like 600 euros for that card, which is way over the budget for me.. I don't think there's a better choice for me right now as buying a msi r9 390 which costs 360 euros.

The 1070 prices will be 550-600 for the founders edition and about 450 for the custom boards.
Anyway, if you CAN wait few weeks, get the latest gen cards from Nvidaia or ATI (which are both released this month). Or you will have a discount on current gen.
