As title says, I need help with building my pc. First-time pc builder, please correct all my mistakes.

ALL PARTS MUST BE IN AUS FROM UMART, IN STOCK AT WEST RYDE

Here's a list of all the parts I've already gathered:
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/zv4hVn

I need to get a mobo, max $150 aud. I'm keeping the monitor, keyboard and case in the build, so please build the pc around the NZXT S340.

I'll accept a better graphics card if it's still in my budget. I barely have any knowledge on computer building so please help me out.
Thanks.

Okay, here is the revised build with monitor, keyboard+mouse but no OS. You should be able to get a moderate overclock out of this system to catch the CPU up to the PSU. Some of the PCPartPicker part numbers might not be exact but I have included the Umart links below the build

Okay, I bumped you up to the Skylake platform, this gives you a bit of future proofing. The CPU will be faster as well. Chose an H170 mobo as you will not be overclocking and DDR4 ram to go with Skylake. Changed the PSU to a better quality one. Included a 380X, this is a significant improvement over the 750 Ti. Bumped up the SSD size and changed the HDD to a hybrid. Do you really need 2TB of storage?

I did not include the monitor and keyboard in the build as it sounds like you already have them, I was assuming that the 1300 AUD limit was not to include them. If I am wrong let me know and I will redo the build. If they were to be included then 230 AUD on a keyboard while sacrificing your GPU is just not a good choice.

Thanks for replying.
I need the monitor and the keyboard in the build, as I don't have one yet; I've been playing on a laptop for the past few years. I can stick with 1TB of storage and see how it fits me in the next few months and see if I need to upgrade it. Would overclocking be worth it if I got a weaker processor and got CPU cooling? Can't seem to find the Anten 520w power supply on the umart website West Ryde. If you can slip in the monitor and keyboard, that would be great, if not, i'll find a way to sneak something in.

Solution

The build looks absolutely beautiful, thank you.
Only one more thing, the mobo doesn't seem to have wifi integrated in it. I'm trying to find one that still fits the budget and easy overclocking capabilities, like the ASRock mobo has.
Thanks man, you've really been the biggest help.
