$1000 - $1300 AUD PC - Need Help With GPU, MB and CPU

As title says, I need help with building my pc. First-time pc builder, please correct all my mistakes.

ALL PARTS MUST BE IN AUS FROM UMART, IN STOCK AT WEST RYDE

I'm planning on changing the GPU and MoBo to intel as I've already caved in to peer pressure.. I want to downgrade my GPU to something thats the same quality as the radeon, however for a lower price. CPU preferably intel i5 quad core and I NEED to keep the monitor and the keyboard in. If you think I should keep the build the way it is now, then please say so and when I'm convinced I'll keep it the way it is.

There's also another set of parts a mate of mine made for me, but it doesn't include a monitor or a keyboard, should I go with this instead?

not really liking the fact that it has no SSD, and the hybrids don't seem to be that appealing for me. I'll lower the HDD to 1tb and the SSD to 120gb, see how that goes.

As long as you have backups of your OS upgrading the MB is pretty easy, but I would recommend just going with the motherboard you want to have at the START as you save a lot of money in the long run.

Build is good, You won't be dissapointed.
