I think we will need to wait and see what the prices on the 5600X are going to be. Because right now on that budget, that's $300 (min) for CPU and $500 for GPU, that will give you only $300 in the rest of the budget to play with, and you still need OS on top of that. If you are building a 5600X system you might want to increase your budget to at least $1300 if possible.

this is not quite $1200. you can reuse an older windows license key, or purchase it for the remaining $100, or throw that $100 at a fancier case and/or a quality gold psu

the mobo is fine, but unless you plan a massive overclock,. not really necessary. the AS Rock board I listed won't do any serious overclocking though. If you want a cheap overclocking board, the ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 is only $100 instead of $184, and should allow a mild overclock.

Youi might as well pay the extra $1 for 3733 unless you already have the 3600 on hand
the intel 665p is an NVMe card, western digital is just SATA, so its both faster and cheaper.

PSU is fine, case is up to you, though I tend to stick to cases that are $50 or less because I'm a cheapskate ;)
