Dropped down to the Ivy Bridge i5 just to save some money. Performance drop is negligible and you can still overclock very well with this cpu. Motherboard is solid and can handle higher overclocks assuming proper cooling and a good chip. My friend has a custom water cooled loop and his i5 running at 4.7ghz, so I know this board can handle it. 280x for a good price, and it's one of the higher clocked ones. Great price on the Psu, and it's semi-modular and silver certified. Standard 1tb HDD and optical drive. OS included.

I didn't include a cooler because it would have put you over budget more. However, it's easy enough to add later and you can do so when you have enough money to get a decent one for overclocking. The 30 dollar Hyper 212 Evo isn't a bad choice for this Cpu in fact, or you can spend more and get a better cooler.
