$1000 budget pc build help

hey, I haven't build a computer before and have limited knowledge on computers. I am aiming for around a $1000 budget. Would it be possible to achieve 1080p with above 60fps in AAA titles on high settings??. Are there any builds that anyone recommends that won't have to be upgraded very soon.
