please avoid coolermaster psus... I've never seen anything good about them. corsair, antec, xfx, seasonic are far more reliable (there are some questionable psus in their lineups, but generally those companies actually care enough to make something that will last) at 1k spend and with a k series gpu, i would invest in a serious cpu cooler... like an nh-d14 or a h80i or even an h100i.

i'm glad. i'm not saying they make nothing but junk. just that they're most certainly on the bottom rung of the psu makers with silverstone and a few other junk psu makers.

Here is a much better optimized build for gaming. Essentially I dropped the CPU down to a i5-4670k and spent the extra dough on a much better GPU. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1CW2M
