This the best one for the budget. The sound card, mouse and keyboard are one of the most popular ones that don't break the bank.

I changed the GPU to a GTX 660 2gb by msi and the PSU to a XFX 550W and case to a Antec 302 mouse to a g400 i did not need a keyboard or a harddrive and a optical drive

XFX550? WHY? The Antec 650w is better. 660 sucks more than the 7870.

The 7870 is even better than the 660ti.

Newer motherboards do not need sound card since it has gone up dramatically. If it is for gaming i recommend Steelseries Siberia V2, or Sennheiser pc360

other than that i would go with this

for Keyboard either get a cheap Keyboard or go for mechanical going for Sidewinder is pretty much the same as getting a cheap one that you can get one for cheaper.

Mouse - i like heavy mouses but i think you can go for cheaper ones instead because you dont want to skimp out some other parts and going for a cheap mouse is fine until you can get a better one
(recommend something like Logitech G9x though)

also don't mind the PSU not being modular, the Case is big enough to store it all inside

Why the discrete sound card?
Are you working in Adobe CS? I believe that CS takes advantage of CUDA by NVidia in some way..
If you aren't gonna overclock, you might as well go with a H77 or B75 Mobo and an Intel Core i5-3470 or 3450. Similar performance but cheaper.
The GTX660 and HD7870 are actually pretty comparable. Personally, I would sacrifice some efficiency and go with the HD7870, but either one is ok.
Also, I would recommend an SSD as a boot drive. Tangible performance upgrade there.

That's where you are wrong after the updated driver, 7870 is better than the 660 and it's even beating the 660ti at some benches and it's slightly faster.
