I need a Pc for 1000 U.S. dollars or less that will be able to max out the newest games at 1080p. I am not planning to be using it for much else. I also do not plan to overclock my CPU or GPU. Thanks!

Spend the remaining ~$150 on your mouse and keyboard (or whatever else you may need). Get the OS from reddit r/microsoftsoftwareswap from a reputable seller. I got my copy of Windows 10 for my personal system there and it's legit. They give you the activation code and all you have to do is download the Windows 10 ISO and put it on to a USB drive and boot from there.
