$1000 Dollar Sandy Bridge Build, Getting Rid of Prebuilt

This is going to be my first build, so I'm a little nervous. I've decided to replace an Aging HP elite 400y, and decided to dive into a Sandy Bridge Build.

This Build is Primarily going to be for gaming, I'm probably going to slap another 6950 in there along the road. I'm just curious if this sounds like a good build to anyone else, like I said, it's my first real build, and I'd like to hear a few different opinions. The more opinions I get, the more soundly I can make a decision.

The 6950 is a solid GPU, and two of them in Crossfire are formidable; I would spring for the 2500k, only marginally more money over the 2400.

Great finds Why_Me. Solid recommendations on everything. The PSU is equal in quality to the Corsair and much cheaper.
