1000 Dollars Gaming Setup

hey guys new here and i need help i just got my own apartment and the pc i was using to play game was my parent i just upgraded it to play games but i couldn't just take it to my new place long story short i need a temporary gaming pc i can play with unit i get a beast setup for $4k so for now i need a pc,mouse and keyboard monitor,speakers right now im not looking to build anything so a pre-build will do just fine but if i need to build to get good result then i don't mind the highest i can go is 1100 that includes shipping too keep that in mind and i leave in the U.S
