1000 Euro Build

A friend of mine is making a new PC to replace his laptop with a round about 1000 euro budget. He already has a phantecs p400 case. He is buying all the parts off the same site, because we have to pay high shipping costs to Ireland, so this is the build we have so far, getting all the parts from www.mindfactory.de :

If you had any suggestions where he can cut money, or any improvements that can be made, they would be much appreciated.

No need for the 212 EVO. You can't overclock it so there is no need. A XFX or SeaSonic is more then good enough. The 1060 3GB is cheaper and does like 5-10 less FPS. So you can save a little bit of money there.
