Hello! I live in Greece and i need help to built my first pc, my brother will give me his GPU (geforce 1070) and his ssd (samsung 250gb) so no need to buy them now.

I want to play pc games and work some programs that use CPU (SketchUp 2018 and photoshop) , i am planning to upgrade later to 3070 so i must find a case that fits this GPU later. I will buy the parts seperely here in Greece but if some parts are much cheaper through amazon uk - esp - germany why not? It needs to stand the test of time for 5-7 years so if i have to spend 100 euros more and take something more modern thats okay. Thanks!

I would totally recommend you buy a Ryzen 5000 series like the 5600X or the 5800X but they are so hard to get right now.

If you want a good workstation CPU a 8 cores would do better than a 6 cores and would be more future proof a little. Can't say for 7 years tho. It's a long way ahead.

So something like a Ryzen 5800X if you can find one or a 3900X/3900XT if you can't find one at all. With a B550 board or a X570 board if you need all the features of a X570 board. With 16 or 32GB of RAM DDR4 3600MHz CL16 and a good PSU like a seasonic focus gold or a corsair rmx, rm or any decent gold model.

Thank you very much for your quick reply! The problem is 5800x costs 600 euros and 3900XT almost 500 euros, plus the motherboard 170 euros, that's a lot of money, my budget is 1000 euros for CPU MOTHERBOARD CASE POWER SUPPLY!
