I am saving up for a 1000$ gaming pc or around there and I was wondering can anyone help me with the build that can run todays titles so that way I will know I can run other games like CS:GO.

i would have a ssd larger then 80 gigs. the evo 250 gig you can get for about 100
 
I probably trade $20 more for a better cooler, actually.

And 2 GTX 960 is way less efficient than 1 GTX 970. Not to mention there's compatibility issues... 😉
