So I wanted to know if there could be a Great pc for gaming and playing games like Battlefield 4 Crysis 3 Etc On 60 fps or higher on Ultra/Very High?
And the shipping must be international because I live in europe

Solution
Do you need OS, Monitor , keyboard etc.. within this budget only?
At 1080p easily affordable 50fps on average on everything high for those games.
Intel provides very good perfomance for the price here, you get boost in Multiplayer with the current system.
Overclocking option is open with CPU Cooler and that motherboard.

What will be a better gpu? A geforce GTX 770?

a 770 and 280x are just close in performance.
for a higher resolution like 1920 x 1200 you may get better FPS with 3GB of Vram then a 2gb.
However you will be okay with 2GB too.
Also if you prefer nvidia 770 is great too! just get it :)

That will cost you a bit higher but it will be an overkill too. or just stick with a 2GB 770 best. Dont get into this any more xD
however 4GB will benifit if you going for dual monitor setup means a more higher resolutions.

2 gb GTX 770 is enough for bf4, crysis etc. I have it and I get like 100 FPS in multiplayer conquest 64 vs 64 :)
