$1000 Gaming PC Can't Run Games Well.... Please Help

I just built my first gaming PC for around $1000. It can run 2D games like Celeste and Shovel Knight just fine, but any 3D game from the 360/PS3 generation and onward refuses to run smoothly even on incredibly low settings and 720p resolution. I just upgraded my RAM from 4 gigs to 8, still no change in performance.

Here is my setup:

Hard Drive- WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Drive

Processor- AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

Power Supply- EVGA 600 B1, 80+ BRONZE 600W Power Supply 100-B1-0600-KR

RAM- Kingston HyperX FURY Black 4GB 2133MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL14 DIMM Desktop Memory
(I have 2 of these)

Graphics Card- ZOTAC GeForce GT 730 Zone Edition 4GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 (x8 lanes)

Motherboard- MSI Gaming AMD Ryzen B350 DDR4 VR Ready HDMI USB 3 CFX micro-ATX Motherboard (B350M GAMING PRO)

I would love some help figuring this out. is there a setting I need to change? Do I need to replace a part or two? Are some of the parts I have incompatible with each other? Any input is appreciated.

this is the cost of all this plus accesories and other things, not just the price of these parts alone.

I am in the usa. I'll try what you said. Any recommendations for gaming GPUs?

In addition, I think returning the new RAM you bought, and getting a matched pair of 2x4GB (or 2x8GB if you can) sticks of speed 2666 or faster would help.

The B350 boards can be fussy, though, so, ideally get RAM that's on MSI's QVL list for that board.

But Supahos is right, the video card I think is the biggest issue at the moment.

Take a look here, prices of the 1050Ti, and RX 560, 570, and 580:

Avoid the 560 - 896, it's a cut down version of the regular 560 (aka 560 - 1024), but the prices of the 570 and 580 may make those worthwhile.

The 1050Ti is slightly faster than the 560, but the 570 and 580 are both in the GTX 1060 performance range.
