I want to build 1000$ gaming pc that can play Battlefield4 max setting at 1080p, I want to have a GTX 770 in my build (no need to overlock). Ideally would like to get 770 or better card (need a monitor). Hope you guys can help me, thanks a lot.

I don't think you can get much better for $1000... Slap the monitor Transmaniacon said and you're good to go.

You said how about a i5-4570 and a GTX 770, even with a slightly cheaper CPU, the faster GPU brings up the cost. You could do the i5-4570 and 760, but in my opinion the FX-6300/8320 with a 770 would be the best bet.
