Overclockable i5 which should get you to 4.4 GHz with the cooler, SLI capable ASrock Z97 Extreme 6 (the extreme 4 was only ~$20 cheaper, so I figured why not), Very fast RAM (And it's cheap!), 128 GB SSD with a 1 TB WD Hard drive and A EVGA ACX 2.0 GTX 970 (they fixed the cooler with the ACX 2.0).
