I have a $900 budget to buy a gaming machine that would last me at least 2yrs of playing latest games out upgrade. I have an old machine here

rewindlabs suggest this for start and like any comment about the motherboard or any combination to phenom that is better

rewindlabs also suggest for me to buy a 22" 16xx/1xxx monitor but if this would compromise my budget for the machine then I use CRT for now.

Really you don't have to go with a monitor of 16xx/1xxx resolution...its really personal preference...its not much lower than 19xx/10xx and it saves cash...

Most people like 19xx/10xx monitors as its of course a higher resolution and a bit more space but i don't think its really the best monitor to get when it comes to gaming as 1680/1050 or 1600/1200 is plenty enough and saves how much you have to spend on a graphics card for stable and strong gameplay compared to what you would have to spend to get the same stable game play at 19xx/1xxx



Il let others do the recommendations on hardware for you and il see if i can't find you a nice monitor....



That is probably one of the BEST! monitors you can get...it is definitely a quality monitor that will get you through all of your gaming at a great response time...

You may want to do as i said before and wait to get the monitor but buy a graphics card now that will power that monitor really well and after you get the cash to grab the monitor in a week or two go ahead and get the monitor..
