$1000 GTX 1080 Build?

I have arround $1000 to build a gaming PC that will also be able to stream quite well. I am not sure where I sould start and would like a 1080 but a 1070 would do quite fine. If you have any suggestions or a build of your own it would be greatly appreciated!

What level of service does your ISP provide and what level of service are you paying for?

Your build may "do it" but what actually happens is that the real streaming performance will be limited to the slowest link.

Streaming and that high end of a gpu? Not at that budget. A Ryzen 2600x would be a decent start, but the 2700x is king, price/performance wise, for streaming. Keep in mind new graphics cards were recently announced.

I am not sure what level of service my ISP provides, but by streaming I was referring to an OBS recording for post production on YouTube.
