$1000 HTPC with desktop case and 4 tv cable tuner card.

Please help me make a final decision on an HTPC It will go in my home theater case so it needs a desktop config and lots of air flow/cooling Also I would like a 4 tv cable tuner card. Everything else is up in the air. Thank You
