Will it run the next 2 CoD's, the next BF, Crysis 3, and MS Paint well in the next few years before it becomes outdated?

I see nothing wrong with it personally. Not sure if it can run MS Paint at full resolution but it'll pass.

I feel like it's a solid build and should last you awhile, maybe an ssd upgrade down the road. Since you're not going to overclock, others would most likely suggest you convert to an intel build which has it's merits if you're going to min/max your budget because intel's cpus have better performance upon close examination. As an AMD build, that is pretty good. But +1 on the SSD when you can
