1000 ping on every online game i have, but i have good internet??

This problem happened last week when i started playing my online games, i contacted my isp and they said nothing was wrong. i have a wired connection, im using windows 10 please help!! if u need additional specs just ask.

Open a cmd prompt an run a ping to your gateway address, run another to an outside IP such as 8.8.8.8, leave them running whilst you are gaming.

Thanks nigelivey, but when I was uploading a video I didn't realize that my videos were downloading to my one drive from Microsoft so I was uploading something that was 16gb. So I just cancelled the download and it fixed it.

Ok, maxing your upload will kill your connection. Glad you got it sorted.
