$1000 Rendering PC

Hi, i'm graduating from my interior design degree and want to buy a pc for rendering, designing, etc.
i use mostly for :
- Autodesk 3DS Max
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite

My budget is around $1000

I use the AMD Firepro Series cause i've googled that it's the one used for rendering and things like that. I don't use the NVIDIA Quadro cause it cost around $100 more.
Is this gonna be enough ?

I'm planning to add one more 8GB RAM if necessary
and the Power supply might be overkill. but if i can save enough money maybe i'll upgrade the Video Card to higher series later.

Then ram will work better as a pair is one thing I know. I asked about a rendering comp a few days ago and still heard nothing. The comp I picked is a bit more money since I went for the quadro and a server level cpu. Many people like the i7 with a 87 asus motherboard as the go-to unit. I am not up to speed on this cup mobo combo
