Hello. So as the title says. I wonder if the 1000 series works on my motherboard (ms-7525 with lga 775). All I worried about is legacy bios. The graphics card I'm currency using is GT 1030 DDR4 2GB OC (ya i know this one is very bad). I want to upgrade from that gpu to something like 1060,1070,1080 (no ti or with ti) . you guys can give any tips btw. oh and i have a 650w power supply.

Solution
If you are that desperate to put a newer GPU in such an old system, you can get a GT710 with x1 interface, put that in a spare x1 slot and then put whatever GPU you want in the x16 slot and then the PC should boot using the x1 card if it cannot use the x16 one.

Since your motherboard has GMA3100 integrated graphics, you should be able to set the PC to boot from IGP first (VGA/Graphics priority = integrated or whatever it may be called in HP's BIOS) to achieve the same result.

Does it works like this video since I was thinking about upgrading to RX580 instead of the 1000 series

That is exactly what I wrote. Your motherboard only has x1 PCIe slots though, so you need to find an x1 GT710-730 variant if the IGP cannot be forced enabled when a GPU is installed. IIRC, some old chipsets cannot simultaneously enable the "GPU slot" and their IGP because the IGP is internally routed through the GPU slot when enabled.
