My friend wants to be a twitch streamer and stream games like GTA 5 and Witcher 3. What would this build look like? He will only be streaming in 1080p if the budget allows it, if not then 720p
 


he'd need a gtx1070, and an overclockable i7 + 16gb of ram, if he wants to stream in hd. if he's streaming in low quality 480p then a stock i5 and a gtx970/rx480 should be enough.
