1000 vs 2000 rpm fans for build

hey guys i,m looking to buy a exhaust fan but confused between 1000 rpm thermaltake pure 12 and cooler master 2000 rpm sicklflow x , i need low temperatures as well as low noise so recommend me that which one is better from the two ,
i,l use them for:
core i5 7500
8gb ram
gtx 1060 3gb
1tb hdd
and gigabyte if 233- ziff 238r and it has one mounted on the front and one available at the rear.. help me..

A higher RPM is traditionally noisier. However, it's also better for a cool build. A 1000 RPM fan is a bit low, as most standard case fans are anywhere from 1400-1600RPM, and you'd use a 1000RPM fan really for a non-intensive work or leisure computer. While it's more quiet, it's not as viable or powerful as the 2000RPM fan. Some fans are able to achieve quietness and power, Corsair being the most popular of them. CoolerMaster is also a venerable brand, but they're more on the budget end, so expect good performance but also some noise.
